FAQ's

  • Are massages offered at the facility?
    Yes, we offer massages at the facility. Our certified massage therapist is available from Monday to Saturday. We provide Full Body Lymphatic Massages at $90.00 per session to aid in your recovery.
  • When will i get my medication after surgery?
    Soon as they are ready! Prescriptions are dropped off at the pharmacy as soon you are dropped off at the recovery home after surgery. We will pick up filled prescriptions once the pharmacy notifies you or Diamond Post Care. We aren’t responsible for the time the pharmacy takes to fill them. Over the counter pain medication is provided.
  • Which is the closest pharmacy?
    We take all prescriptions to Walgreens 8327 W Flagler St Miami, FL 33144 United States
  • Can I bring a guest with me?
    Due to the limited availability, if someone else stays at the facility we charge them the same amount per night as any other patient. Guest are welcome to come during the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM in our living room area or patio.
  • Is there a patio I can enjoy?
    Yes, we provide a patio/backyard at your disposal for you to enjoy.
  • Will I be sharing a room?
    Yes, you will be sharing a room with up to 3 patients. Our rooms are cleaned daily and maintained in impeccable condition to ensure your comfort and hygiene.
  • Do you offer transportation services?
    Yes, we offer transportation services. We provide round trips to Miami International Airport from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Additionally, we offer transportation to your clinic for pre-op, surgery, and initial post-op appointments.
  • Can you accommodate my dietary needs or allergies?
    Yes, we can accommodate your dietary needs or allergies. Please ensure you mention your diet or allergy requirements when signing our eDocuments at least ONE week before your arrival. If the information is not provided within that time frame, we cannot guarantee to meet your dietary needs, and food will have to be paid out of pocket.
  • Is there Laundry Services?
    Yes!. Laundry is done daily. Its each individual’s responsibility to remove all belongings/accessories from pockets.
  • Will my belongings be safe? Is there a safe?
    Belongs are kept in each individuals' drawers and safe. There is 24-hour video security system, and our staff keeps everyone and there belongins safe.
  • How many bathrooms are in the house?
    Two Shared Bathrooms.
  • Where can I find the packing list?
    You can find the packing list on the Members Portal. Please ensure you review it before your arrival to prepare adequately for your stay.
